用途：

1）潮(chao)霉(mei)素B是氨基糖苷類抗(kang)生素，它可以通過(guo)抑制蛋白質合成殺(sha)死細菌(jun)(jun)、真(zhen)菌(jun)(jun)和(he)高級真(zhen)核細胞。 　　

2）潮(chao)霉(mei)素(su)B通過干擾移位、促進80S核(he)糖(tang)體(ti)的誤譯來抑制蛋白質合成。

3）哺乳動物(wu)細(xi)胞選擇的有效(xiao)濃度(du)(du)通常是(shi)50 μg/ml--1 mg/ml之間；對(dui)于(yu)植物(wu)細(xi)胞，其有效(xiao)濃度(du)(du)是(shi)20–200 μg/ml；對(dui)于(yu)細(xi)菌，有效(xiao)濃度(du)(du)是(shi)20–200μg/ml；對(dui)于(yu)真菌，有效(xiao)濃度(du)(du)是(shi)200μg–1 mg/ml。
